Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the contractual relationship between ExpertBooks (hereinafter “the Service Provider”) and any person subscribing to the ExpertBooks service (hereinafter “the Client”).

2. Service Description

ExpertBooks is a book creation service based on artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• A personalized questionnaire to collect the Client's expertise
• Automated manuscript writing by artificial intelligence
• Delivery of the first version (V1) in 3 business days
• Unlimited revisions during the subscription period
• Dedicated customer support
• Amazon publishing assistance

3. Price and Payment Terms

The ExpertBooks subscription fee is £29.99 per month, payable by monthly automatic debit via Stripe.

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The first debit occurs upon subscription, then automatically every month on the anniversary date.

4. Duration and Termination

The subscription is taken out for a minimum period of 6 months. After this period, the subscription continues automatically on a monthly basis, with no additional duration commitment.

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to contact@launchrox.com. Cancellation takes effect on the end date of the last 6-month commitment period.

No refund will be made for periods already invoiced, except within the framework of the money-back guarantee (see article 5).

5. Money-Back Guarantee

The Service Provider offers a money-back guarantee of 7 days from the initial subscription. If the Client is not satisfied with the service or the result obtained, they may request a full refund within this period.

To exercise this guarantee, the Client must send an email to contact@launchrox.com specifying the reasons for their dissatisfaction. The refund will be made within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to the book created via ExpertBooks. The Client is free to publish, distribute, and monetize their book as they see fit.

The Client receives 100% of the royalties generated by the sale of their book. The Service Provider claims no rights to revenue or copyright.

7. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the questionnaire
• Respect validation and revision deadlines
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to good morals
• Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is committed to providing a professional quality service. However, the Service Provider cannot guarantee the commercial success of the published book, which depends on many factors beyond its control (market, marketing, quality of content provided by the Client, etc.).

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible in the event of force majeure, temporary service interruption for maintenance, or technical malfunctions beyond its control.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@launchrox.com.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TOS are governed by UK law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, UK courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
